Very poor job training the new staff, no one knew the floor plan, the store was full, the cashier told X2 that the $5 coupon had not cleared, not very happy with you anymore!
stretch wrap
Very disappointed that Publix dropped the Stretch Tite wrap...
coupons
Publix is my favorite place to shop, but it gets pretty expensive. I wish you would consider doubling the coupons like other grocery stores do. It would be of great help to many people. Thank you
Armas Publix
I have been in the food industry most of my life. (Hospitality Trainer, Business Owner, Quality Control Inspector) Publix is one of the saddest experiences I've ever had in a supermarket. For a company that believes that it is the main chain in Florida, nothing could be further from the truth. The shops are dirty (grease or frosting on the floor, I slipped), all the products are bagged or plastic wrapped (can't decide which). And how much do you want). You should have seen the bean sprouts, which I had to point out to the fruit and veg manager (so slimy!). The organic section is limited and pathetic. Most, if not all, of Publix's fish are farmed. In general, prices are at least 20-25% higher than in other markets. Unfortunately, the people at Publix have trouble counting. They have a limit of "10 items or less" that they consistently miss. I'll be careful to only visit a Publix when absolutely necessary and stick to Farmers' Markets, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods. My health and well-being are more important than the bottom line of this company.
Abuse against Publix employees
As a loyal Publix customer, I was horrified to find out that the district manager for Publix in Weston, Florida told employees NOT to drink water during their shift. Employees are afraid of losing their jobs. In Fkorida's 95-degree heat, you risk dehydration to pick up or deliver cars. I don't know what other businesses you are a district manager for, but this assignment is inhumane and medically dangerous. As a concerned citizen, I will report this to O S H at
Although
I shop at Publix in Miami 137 Avenue and 88 Street. There is a delivery man, a retiree. With every purchase, it's a joy to watch. He even went as far as to remember my husband's brand of ice cream and tell him when it will be available at BOGOF. I wish I knew his name, but I'm really bad with names.
purchasing company
It's a shame that people with disabilities who need a shopping cart to go shopping can't get one because either only one works or people without disabilities travel. Publix needs more shopping carts so people can travel when they need to shop.
Publix Gift Cards
I receive gift cards from friends and family from Publix, but I have no way to check my gift card balance unless I go to the store and have to stand in line at customer service to get my balance. I have bought many gift cards from other places and 99% of the time there is a 1-800 number or website where you can check your balance. Publix is a billion dollar company and I'm sure it can do what other companies can do. Your customers are upset about the system you are currently using.
Dairy products
He discovers that none of his stores sell Silk Light milk. I always bought it there. Pepperidge Farms Oat Bread is always available. I only use your pharmacy and shop at other stores (Albertson's and WalMart Neighborhood Store) where I know I can get the things I need.
Deputies
I like to complain. Stop cooking meat in this beautiful new microwave oven. It stinks. What happened to the grill? I used to order steaks and cheese sandwiches all the time. Now I can't remember the last time I had one. Your subs used to be the best in town, but you start to fail. If I wanted a cooked sub on the cheap, I'd go to Subway. Oh one more thing - 8.99 for a sub that tastes like you're eating a car tire isn't that great
Plastic bags to date?
Plastic bags ARE NOT GOOD for the planet.
warehouse staff
Do you have an idea to increase your shelf stock? QCI Direct has a small scooter that allows the person to sit down when filling the lower shelves, thus avoiding knee injuries. You could drive on 4 wheels and save money in the process
orange city
Diggers need better training on how to fill bags that are balanced and not too heavy. The store is always clean and the staff is helpful.
Quality of shops and service.
I am just a regular customer of the public stores in my area. I have no connection to publix other than as a customer. I just want to acknowledge the service, quality, and cleanliness of the stores I shop at. I tell others how I feel and they tell me that the service is first and foremost the best.
It's time to stand up to the food industry

bad customer service
Cutler Bay public store has the worst customer service. The staff do not greet customers and it looks like a storm is brewing. The store manager is a great guy, but I get the impression that he cares more about the store's profit than customer service.
frequent buyer
I am nominating the Publix store at Good Holmes Road and Highway 50 in Orlando, Florida for outstanding public service. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help me. Always say "Hi, how are you today" or "Is there anything I can help you with?" I shop at other Publix stores in the area, but this store has to be the standout store!
We went shopping at the Littlr Road store. In Hudson we got to the register this lovely little lady checked us in but she didn't have a bagger they were all in line with younger girls and packing for them while this lady was working so hard so we had to bag our bagger. of our own stuff great job Publix we will be running Walmart from now on no wonder you are losing customers while your manager does nothing
Publix is $2 to $3 more than Walmart. The prices of everything have skyrocketed and the only way to bring them down is to simply stop shopping there. If we do that, they'll have no choice but to dismount.
steaks
I bought two New York strip steaks at Landings Market in Sarasota, Florida today, 11/23/13 at about 2:45 PM. m. for a retail price of $9.99. The steaks looked good in the display case. The butcher was nice and friendly. However, I have never tasted such a chewy steak grisso. I try not to be too judgmental but I have to be honest it was the worst piece of meat I have ever eaten.
